Electrostatic Clamping Certification Program
and Refurbishment

ESC
) certification and a refurbishing program to users of electrostatic clamping
systems.
Our company can test your used Electrostatic Chucks (ESC's)
to an OEM specification and let you know which chucks are performing to
standard. There are many benefits to testing parts in advance of planned usage:
- The
ESC you install in your process chamber will perform to specification after
being examined and certified by BW Global Tech Corp.
- The
process chamber will only be opened once by avoiding installation of
defective spares, which could cost 4 or more hours of off-line time for the
fabrication tools
- Your
company will be able to forecast supply orders for new ESC's based on the
relative and tested lifetime of the chucks.
- You
will have absolute confidence in the spare ESC's kept in storage – think
of it as an assembly insurance policy.
- Save
money by processing your used chucks for re-use in the system. Our tests
ensure removal of defective
ESC
components, and represent the highest standard of quality control.
- We
can refurbish your defective old chucks to give new life to an expensive
chamber component. The refurbished chuck will meet the OEM specification.
- We
issue a performance certification sheet with each chuck that passes testing
whether it’s sent to us for testing or refurbishment.
